8 Rarest Tech Decks That Are Considered Collectibles

| |

Canadian Toy company Spin Master entered the finger boarding market in the late 90s. Before them, only one company commercially produced fingerboards at a mass scale. However, Spin Master’s entry into this still unexplored market changed the business landscape of these tiny yet highly efficient toys forever.

Soon, finger boarding became a craze, and their brand tech deck was synonymous with fingerboards. Within a couple of years, the company sold over 20 million miniature skateboards. Many other companies followed suit and started manufacturing fingerboards with the logos of all the major sports companies.

Tech Decks offer an excellent opportunity for skateboarders to learn real-life tricks and maneuvers. In fact, finger boarding inspired an entire generation to pursue skateboarding.

However, the craze over Tech Decks and other fingerboards diminished with time. Active professional finger boarders and hobbyists are still out there; but the sport is no more as pervasive as they used to be.

Companies, including Spin Master, still manufacture quality skating miniature sets that let you recreate the outdoor skating experience. Collectibles and exclusive items are also released from time to time to keep the passion alive. They are usually not as expensive as some toys and are easy to find.

Here, we list 8 exclusive and rare Tech Decks that are released in limited numbers and have the potential to become rare collectibles in the near future.
