Funko debuted in 1998, but only became a cultural icon in the past decade or so. The brand’s iconic vinyl figurines and bobbleheads are inescapable and feature almost every character ever created. Of course, a large collectors’ community has emerged, giving rise to some incredibly valuable Funko Pops. To fuel the collecting of Funko Pop figures, Funko often releases exclusive figures in very limited numbers, including all of the Funko Pops on this list.

Only 24 Red Hair Freddy Funko Boba Fett figures were produced and seven have been sold over the years. This Funko Pop has a current estimated value of $5,180, but was sold for $6,000 a few years ago.

The Glow in the Dark Boo Berry is one of the few Funko Pops on this list that isn’t Freddy Funko dressed up as a pop culture icon. This Boo Berry Funko is one of several General Mills cereal mascots that were released as 2011 San Diego Comic-Con exclusives. The General Mills cereal mascot Funko Pops are incredibly rare and valuable among Funko collectors. Glow in the Dark Boo Berry is currently worth $5,570 and only a handful of figures have ever been put up for sale. As of the time of this writing, there is a Glow in the Dark Boo Berry listed for $15,000!

Freddy Funko as Venom was an ultra-exclusive 2019 San Diego Comic-Con figure. This Funko was only available during the Funko Fundays event, which was ticketed and cost $150 per person. Additionally, Funko Fundays tickets are limited and difficult to get each year. However, anyone who manages to snag a ticket to Funko Fundays leaves with lots of swag, including exclusive figures like Freddy Funko as Venom. Only 24 Freddy Funko as Venom figures were given out.

The Funko is decked out in Ghost Rider’s leather jacket and skull head and is holding the character’s signature metal chains.

For some reason, collectors paid more for the Glow in the Dark Count Chocula. However, the Metallic Freddy Funko Count Chocula is still worth nearly $5,000!

While there are several limited run Stan Lee Superhero figures, this Red Metallic one is the most valuable and currently estimated to be worth $7,570. Of the 12 figures produced, only a few have ever been put up for sale. Now that the great Stan Lee has passed on, these Stan Lee Superhero Funko Pops are pretty priceless.

However, Funko Pop decided to make a Glow in the Dark Count Chocula Freddy Funko one of the exclusive figures at the 2011 San Diego Comic-Con. As with all the ultra exclusive figures, only a dozen of these Count Chocula Funkos were made and its current estimated value is $10,000.

Pop Price Guide lists the value of the Bloody Jaime Lannister Freddy Funko at $10,710. However, as of the time of this writing, there is an active eBay listing for this Funko, priced at an exorbitant $29,997!

The rarest and most valuable Funko Pop ever released is the Clockwork Orange Glow in the Dark figure. Only 12 figures, which are modeled after the movie’s main character, Alex DeLarge, were ever produced. The Clockwork Orange Funkos were never released to the general market and were given to people considered at the time to be Funko VIPs. As such a rare and special Funko, this Clockwork Orange figure has only ever been for sale on eBay twice. One figure sold for $13,000, while the second one sold for a whopping $13,600.
