Pathfinder is one of the most popular characters in Apex Legends. This iconic character is loved for his diverse skills and friendly attitude. Pathfinder is a Recon Legend that is unlocked by default. The three abilities of Pathfinder include Grappling Hook (tactical ability), Insider Knowledge (passive ability), and Zipline Gun (ultimate ability).
When the Apex Legend was launched in 2019, players didn’t have many options to choose from in terms of characters’ skins. However, as the game gained popularity, Respawn Entertainment began experimenting with various skins that were not merely recolors of older skin.
Creating exciting skins was easy for some legends, but that was not the case with Pathfinder. It has a very restricted design space that limits the scope for experimenting with various designs. But, the designers did their job well and came up with several interesting Pathfinder skins without disrupting the basic features.
Currently, there are 78 different skins for Pathfinder, divided into four classes, common, rare, epic, and legendary. In general, legendary skins are rarest of all and harder to get. However, skins released for a limited time are even rarer.
Here we list 8 rare pathfinder skins that you do not see frequently. Most of these skins were released for a limited period as they were released with battle passes or as part of seasonal events. Battle pass cosmetic items usually do not make a comeback to the in-game shop.
However, you may get the seasonal event skins around the same time of the year when it was released. It is not guaranteed, though.
8. Full Metal Robot

Pathfinder Full Metal Robot is a rare and one of the most unique Pathfinder skins. The attire is somewhat a departure from the regular Pathfinder look. Here the legend wears guerilla combat armor, camouflage pants, and a red bandana.
He puts on bullet straps across his body and sports a combat boot on one foot. The other foot doesn’t have any footwear. The smiley face on his chest screen also wears a red bandana like him.
Pathfinder Full Metal Robot skin was released in May 2020 as part of the Apex Legend’s Pathfinder Edition bundle. Players could purchase this bundle for $19.99 from the Apex store. Besides this exclusive skin, the bundle also included an exclusive Lone Bot Badge, Legendary First Blood Havoc Skin, an exclusive Molotov Cocktail gun charm, and 1,000 Apex coins.

7. The Burgandy Knight

The Burgandy Knight was a limited-edition Pathfinder skin released as part of the Season 8 War Games event bundle. The skin could be obtained through special loot boxes. Players could also purchase it from the store for 1800 Apex coins.
The Burgandy Knight was a recolor of a more popular Pathfinder skin called War Machine, released in 2019. The design of War Machine was exactly the same only the color was white.
It first hit the market during the Season 2 Iron Cast event. Since then, the skin has reappeared twice.

6. Elegant Mechanics

Pathfinder Evolution Mechanics skin was released on September 14, 2021, as part of the Season 10 Emergence’s Evolution Collection Event. The event ran for two weeks, and this skin was available to craft for 2400 crafting materials and 1800 Apex coins.
It’s cyborg-themed skin. The color combination and design of the head of this skin are similar to KAY/O from Valorant.
Evolution Mechanics skin was available only during the event and didn’t make a comeback to the Apex store.

While this skin received an overall good response from the fans, some thought it didn’t go with the spirit of Pathfinder.
5. Memoir Noir

Memoir Noir is arguably one of the most interesting Pathfinder skins ever released. This skin is very different from all other skins and reflects how the character looked before he became a part of Apex Games.
Pathfinder wears a yellow trench coat with a matching sunhat. Pathfinder was seen to wear this same attire in Outland’s ‘Fight Night’ episode. This episode showed how Pathfinder began his journey in the quest to find his creator and finally landed himself in the Apex Games.
When a player chooses this skin, the load-in animation for the character also changes. It begins with a rain animation and jazzy music in the background. Pathfinder shoots a Spectre, turns to the camera, and tips his hat.
The Memoir Noir skin was first made available during the Season 7 Fight Night Collection Event held in January 2021. Players could obtain this skin for 1,800 Apex Coins. The skin reappeared in the market in December 2021 as part of the End of Year Sale.

In March 2022, Respawn Entertainment released a recolored version of this skin as part of the Back in Black Sale. Pathfinder wears a red trench coat with a red hat in this recolored version.
4. BP-1

BP-1 is a special edition Pathfinder skin released to celebrate the launch of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. This skin was given away for free. Players who logged in between December 3, 2019, and January 14, 2020, received this skin.
This is a unique skin marked as rare. The skin is bright red and white in color and makes Pathfinder look like a field medic staff.
Many players had the opportunity to receive this skin as there were no challenges. However, it will become rarer with time as the developers have no plan to bring it back again.

3. Team Lift

Team Lift is another battle pass skin offered by Respawn Entertainment. It was available to the Level 1 players with the Season 4 (Assimilation) battle pass. Players were required to spend 370 Syndical Golds to unlock this skin. The skin is classified as rare.
The skin looks smart, and the color combination resembles a racing motorcycle. The screen on the chest features a smiley emoticon.

2. Iced Out

Iced Out was Apex Legend, season three battle pass skin. The Season 3 battle pass owners at level 25 received this skin as a battle pass reward. The season was called the Meltdown and ran between October 1, 2019, and February 4, 2020. It is one of the rarest Pathfinder skins ever released.
This skin has a very interesting look. The color is bright ice blue with yellow accents. The metallic armor of Pathfinder transforms into sleek ice. Pathfinder wears a small ice crown on his head and has ice spikes around his joints and shoulders.
The skin makes Pathfinder look like an ice monster. However, the screen on his chest features a smiling ice cream cone that is kind of cute.

Omega Point is the rarest Pathfinder skin in Apex Legends. This exclusive skin was available for a brief period during the game’s first month of release. However, it was not available to every player. Only the Twitch Prime members could obtain this skin as part of the package.
Twitch Prime was not very popular those days as it is now, and that makes this Pathfinder skin extremely rare and owned by a very limited number of players.
The color of the skin resembles Twitch’s iconic purple hue blended with black. The skin makes Pathfinder look like a robot from the future.
Did you know?
After four months of release, in June 2019, the Omega Point skin went missing from the players’ accounts. Several users complained that they obtained the skin as part of the Twitch Prime membership, but it disappeared with the latest update. It took the developers more than two months to successfully resolve the issue.
